In 1839 a major turning point occurred when Mor Fischer became the manufactory’s new owner. Avoid using sharp or serrated knives as they may scratch the finish.

It is easy t o clean the grinder for residue - simply by grinding coarse salt. This will clean the ceramic grinding stone built into the grinder, as well as the removable ceramic cone. Ceramic parts need to dry completely, for at least 24hrs, before mounting and grinding again.
