We have a 15-day return policy for a full refund, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.

Sale and Online Clearance Merchandise
All Sale items are final.
When a gift is returned, a Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from ShopHDI.
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.

All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued.
Personalized, custom orders and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Perishable items are not returnable. Please call us at 1-888-774-2534 for questions about your perishable or customized items and orders.
Merchandise submitted for return must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Please allow 10-20 days for the processing of your return.
